At DraculaClothing, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your gothic attire; if an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Package Your Items
Carefully fold the garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship to Transylvania
Send your package via your preferred tracked courier to our central warehouse address provided in your confirmation email.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
